1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Description of Service

SCRUB is an email management application that provides:

• AI-powered email categorization and organization
• Real-time WhatsApp notifications for important emails
• Spending tracking from receipt emails
• Email cleanup and unsubscribe tools
• Daily and weekly email summaries

3. Account Registration

To use SCRUB, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized account access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Gmail Integration

By connecting your Gmail account, you:

• Grant SCRUB read-only access to your emails via Google OAuth 2.0
• Understand that we cannot modify, delete, or send emails on your behalf
• Can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings
• Acknowledge that our use of Gmail data complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy

5. WhatsApp Notifications

By enabling WhatsApp notifications, you:

• Consent to receive automated messages from SCRUB
• Understand standard messaging rates may apply
• Can disable notifications at any time in the app settings

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

7. Intellectual Property

SCRUB and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service.

8. User Content

Your emails and personal data remain your property. By using SCRUB, you grant us a limited license to process your email data solely to provide our services. We do not claim ownership of your content.

9. Third-Party Services

SCRUB integrates with third-party services including:

• Google (Gmail API)
• WhatsApp (Meta Business API)
• OpenAI (AI processing)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• System updates
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Force majeure events

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCRUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SCRUB and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse or misuse the Service

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
